Responsibilities:

1-Assisting the HOD & ML in providing legal support services via three main areas: Giving legal advice, Attending to legal documentation and Liaison with relevant laws authorities and external solicitors on legal matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect the Group's interest in the conduct of Group's business and related activities.

• 處理年終報告（E 和 EA 表格）並跟進各部門的意見。
• 就與外籍人士相關的事宜與稅務代理人聯絡，包括清稅和月/年申報。
• 透過為審計員提供和維護必要的記錄和文件，促進審計（內部、外部、法定和非法定）。
