Job Brief:
Drive and implement partnership strategies to support digital growth, expanding and managing a network of partners. This role involves leading the full partnership process—from identifying prospects to launching initiatives—and collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the partnership strategy and proposition in meeting the business objectives, financial targets and growth plan.
- Explore, identify and develop partner networks in Malaysia and opportunities through organic/inorganic or other innovative distribution options.
- Launch new partnerships and new initiatives with existing partners in line with company strategy
- Develop and drive sales results and marketing related plan, initiatives or projects in achieving financial targets for new partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the partnership development process from prospecting, pitching, evaluation, negotiation, signing, and launching for the new partnership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and procedures are ready in support of the new partners.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with existing partners and leverage the relationships to greater collective impact.
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance and sustain business performance and partnership value.

- Drive Sales and Marketing Plans: Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives that support partnership financial targets and achieve measurable results.
- Lead End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all stages of the partnership development process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, agreement, and launch.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure systems, processes, and procedures are ready to support new partners effectively.
- Manage Partner Relationships: Strengthen and leverage relationships with existing partners to maximize impact and mutual growth.
- Innovate for Sustained Value: Design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and partnership value.
