REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field is required.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Problem-solver who can communicate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including both day and night schedules.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer feedback and inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Deliver exceptional, timely support to our clients by maintaining a high standard of service.
- Manage various channels, including calls, emails, live chats, social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Whatsapp.
- Ensure that customer queries are handled thoroughly and accurately to the customers satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
- Uphold strict customer data privacy policies.
- Must be able to work on a 24/7 rotation basis.
- Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks as needed.
