Responsibilities
- Responsible to complete and close sales with customer ; implement marketing strategies and plan to maintain good relationship with customer and increased the sales volume.
- To make sales call and prepare proposal.
- To develop company sales prospect in order to continue to develop a solid foundation for long term business sustain ability.
- To obtain sales target set by the management.
- Conduct market survey on competitor's products and services.
- Prepare and recommend the suitable marketing plan to increase our market share in related market field.
- Implement overall project or market plan that instructed by management,
- Maintain servicing and satisfy for existing customer.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customer.
- Identify customer needs, wants and demand thus can fulfil the customer accordingly.
- Make appointment with potential customer to promote and advertise our engineering services/ products and services provided and other related services.
- Responsible to respond and reply to all enquiry requests by customer via whatsapp or email.
- To assist and involve in other functions where and when directed by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent, an advantage for those with an Engineering/Solar Energy background.
- Those with minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales (especially in a shopping mall setting) will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (eg. Microsoft office, email & etc.)
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English. Candidate with additional languages skill such as Mandarin, Chinese dialects or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills & positive attitude.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power.
- A self-starter who is ambitious and determined to succeed and capable of meeting sales target.
- Able to work independently but will check in with Sales Manager daily.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transportation.
