Job Description:

• Responsible for scheduling as well as manage corrective and preventive maintenance in the mill.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.
• To identify failures and implement corrective actions and follow-up.
• Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Responsible for establishment of effective production process flow in the sense of maximizing the process capability and reject prevention based on real process study.
• Performing audit to the existing manufacturing processes to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), and or other related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be a significant advantage as the job required to be able to communicate with China Expatriate.

Credit Control Assistant

Employment Type : 4 months contract

Salary : RM 2,400 – RM 2,600

Job Summary

Monitoring and following up with all necessary actions to ensure accurate and timely Reporting of

Accounts Receivables KPI for all branches. This shall include unified activities towards meeting the

individual and group TARGETS for achieving of set KPIs.

Job Descriptions

• Organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling of total company accounts receivables

management and credit control activities.

• Overseeing and supervising credit control team’s performance in meeting AR Target KPIs.

• Overseeing and supervising accurate preparation, processing, checking and sending of Reminder

Letters for overdue accounts including preparation of Schedules and Summary reports.

• Overseeing and supervising branch support services and credit control activities nationwide.

• Overseeing and Supervising Help Desk and customer relationship support functions.

• Handling internal/external Customer enquiries and complaints.

• Timely submission of payment allocation to AR team.

• Overseeing, supervising and coordinating credit control process changes and document control

for ISO QMS compliance.

• Perform other relevant functions in credit control as and when necessary.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking.

• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.

• Good communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese language for both spoken and written.

• To create detailed production planning for production activities, including the timing, quantity, and sequence of flour milling, blending and packing processes.
• To ensure production aligns with sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory requirements by monitoring schedules to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• To manage the inventory materials and components needed for production, ensuring that materials are available when needed without excess stock while balancing inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking, minimizing holding costs while maintaining production efficiency.
• To cross-functional collaboration by working closely with departments such as procurement, logistics, quality control, and engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
• To communicate production status and potential issues to management, sales, and other relevant teams.
• Continuously monitoring production to ensure adherence to the plan and adjusting schedules or processes as needed in response to delays or issues, while addressing and resolving any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise during manufacturing.
• Generating reports on production schedules, performance data, including output, inventory levels, and resource utilization for management review.
• Compliance with company safety and hygiene standard.
• To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Brief:

Responsible for department management work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for standardization and improvement of department work flow. 
• Proper management of department fixed asset.
• Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and documents.
• Responsible for effective budget control.
• Responsible for basic education training and internal training for department new and existing staffs.
• Control and monitor for effective submaterial and general items purchase, usage and distribution.
• Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS, ISMS and RBA.
• Responsible for create / review quality related work flows.          
• To carry out/ conduct department process audit.            
• Ensure proper control on documentation of training records and inspectors' qualification.
• Responsible for internal QMS implementation and improvement activity.        
• To maintain effective communication with respective departments regarding QMS, consumable management and budget control.
• Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.         
• Plan and control for manpower headcount management.           
• Any other duties assigned by superior.              
• Plan and maintain calibration and overall jig/tool/equipment management.
• Plan and promote for department motivational activity.
• Monitoring of design change control.              
• Responsible for quality compliance implementation and improvement activity.       
• Control and manage for human and environment's safety and efficiency (OS &H).       
• Improve department 5S management.              

Job Requirements:

• Qualification : Candidate must possess at least degree in electrical/ mechanical or equivalent
• Experience : Preferably with more than 2 years experience in manufacturing environment especially in the field of quality control
• Skill : Good communication skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and added advantage if can converse in Japanese
