Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Be an enthusiastic, proactive person to initiate, support and execute designated marketing multimedia designer duties, a team player with a pleasant personality to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, able to work independently and resourceful in delivering the marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

1. Creating and maintaining mall aesthetic according to company branding guideline and positioning.
2. To co-create and co-ordinate contents creation on photos and relevant information to the mall’s website, Facebook and social media application.
3. To support, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events to draw shopper traffic in the specific month(s).
4. Maintain relationships with service providers or third party vendors which includes managing the installations process.
5. To be responsible for safekeeping and proper back up of all audio and visual media, artwork, etc.

The role of an Assistant Executive Housekeeper is to support the Executive Housekeeper in all duties of the housekeeping operation. You will coordinate, schedule and supervise the housekeeping team, carry out inspections to ensure proper cleaning is being done, and manage the inventory of all cleaning supplies. You will provide on-the-job training, and facilitate communications with guests, within the housekeeping team and with other hotel departments.

The Tax Assistant will support the Tax Lead in handling indirect tax compliance for Singapore and Malaysia. This role is responsible for helping prepare and submit tax returns, assisting with customs documentation, and contributing to projects like e-Invoicing and system updates. The Tax Assistant will also help in preparing audit responses and communicating with authorities as needed.

• Support Indirect Tax Compliance
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of indirect tax returns (e.g., GST,ax) and related compliance documentation for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Help maintain accurate records for tax exemption reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Internal Departments
  • Collaborate with various teams, including planning, logistics, finance, and R&D, to gather necessary documentation and support indirect tax compliance.

Purpose of the Job:

Together with your manager and colleagues you work to support in your area in order to fulfil and optimise the recovery operations. You strive towards making a positive experience for our customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time. 

Job Responsibilities:

• You re-pack products meant for Back-To-Stock (BTS).
• You assemble products for store themes in the store.
• You handle quality claims of quality issues furniture.
• You scrap quality claim furniture following strictly the procedures.
• You sell As-Is furniture and serve customers in As-Is shop.
• You print and stick As-Is price tags on the furniture for sale in As-Is shop.
• You carry out some IT data entry works documenting the returned products into appropriate bins.
• You maintain a clean, tidy, organised work area and keep tools/equipment in good conditions throughout the day and also prepare it in readiness for the next day’s business.
• You support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products with the objective being to minimise loss and maximise profit.
• You work within the store to ensure that internal damages are minimised and the Recovery department supported.
• You work closely with your manager and colleagues to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the process with focus on prevention, revenue and sustainability.
• You always contribute to environmental, health and safety performance in my store and work towards securing compliance with the group risk manual in the recovery operations areas.
• You strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.

Member Experience and Community

• Manage all venue operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction.
• Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, such as member introductions, events and social media engagement
• Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations. Meet with members to resolve issues, process member terminations and other issues of complexity.
• Proactively gather data on members’ business objectives and identify both the Company and member services that could help members achieve their objectives.
• Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience.
• Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level.

Business Development, Retention and Sales

• Work with the Country Manager to ensure the business reaches 100% occupancy rate
• Identify promising deals with potential members and ensure that your team provides informative, high-quality tours to drive membership sales
• Notify, manage and work alongside internal teams to ensure a high retention rate of current members
• Develop strategies to drive sales, increase revenue and interest for your location
• Ensure that all enquiries are followed up on, and that negotiations and sales closures are taking place
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and landlords.
• Creative and constantly think outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets

Finance and Administration

• Obtain and analyse P&L reports, and conduct variance analysis when required
• Prepare weekly reports and share with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare monthly invoices by working collaboratively with the Finance Team

Building Operations and Management

• Work closely with Community Officers, manage move-ins and move-outs; ensuring that all new members are fully prepared, and transitions run smoothly
• Manage all operations and maintenance of the space to ensure a consistently high-quality experience for members
• Ensure all building receipts and documents are up-to-date and documented, providing internal teams with weekly and monthly reports as needed
• Identify and resolve issues presented, i.e. insufficient cleaning staff, repeating IT-related failures, malfunctioning conference room equipment, etc.
• Know and be able to implement member safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans.

Team Management & Development

• Manage, inspire, support and guide your team to reach sales goals and execute on their objectives as an individual and a team.
• Review daily reports and work with team to finalize weekly and monthly reports that outline community and sales progress.
• Identify knowledge gaps, and train and/or arrange training with HR when necessary
