Responsibilities & Job Scopes

1. Manage and maintain our internal POS system, providing daily support to ensure accurate sales data management.
2. Execute daily administration tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, and coordination of resources.
3. Assist the retail operations team with administrative tasks such as documentation preparation, material organization, quotation preparation and sales reporting including sales performance report, provide sales ideas & opinions.
4. Maintain a high standard of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Work closely with retail operations team and backend sales support ensure compliance with all the operations SOPs.
6. Assist in compiling the forecast report among retail outlets and production factory, ensure all the steps is following the accurate flow.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within the F&B industry.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, maintaining Front Office and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction. This will include managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including IT systems and guest service procedures) for all Front Office team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Front Office operation. The Assistant Manager, Cargo GSA is responsible for overseeing all cargo sales and operational activities for all Teleport GSA countries. This role involves executing transparent tenders, effective contract management, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategy while ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with Teleport strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and Teleport objectives.
• End to end GSA contract management - from transparent tender process and close monitoring of Guaranteed revenue performance and recommend adjustments to pricing or sales strategies as needed.
• Develop strategies to increase cargo volumes and improve load factors on key routes.
• Identify opportunities to expand the cargo product portfolio, including specialized services like e-commerce, pharma logistics, and perishables.

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in air cargo sales and operations, with at least 4 – 5 years experience
• Strong knowledge of air freight markets, pricing strategies, and cargo handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
