Summary

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system in accordance with the ib vogt’s corporate policies, the applicable local regulations, and international standards (e.g. the Equator Principles IV, the IFC Performance Standard, and the IFC General EHS Guidelines).

Strategy and Capacity Building

• Oversee Project Main EPC contractors’ HSE performances against agreed standards during construction phase.
• Ensure the incident investigation and analysis is carried out in accordance with ib vogt’s HSE standards and procedures, and to develop the necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and implement HSE inspection program to spot out potential non-conformance and followed by effective corrective and preventive action.
• Establish HSE internal audit program to verify the effectiveness, suitability and adequacy of the HSE management system.

• Ensure resource planned activities are met and monitoring and managing the flow of customers throughout the checkout to ensure customers’ satisfaction are met.
• Handling professionally all customers’ queries, complaints and perform service recovery if necessary.
• Being knowledgeable around customer shopping experience and analyse customer related and financial key performance indicators for business and functional improvements.
• Working with external and internal partners and coming up with solutions that support an efficient, safe and secure working environment and shopping experience.
