Porticus is seeking a Programme Manager to support and monitor the development and management of strategic programmes within the Strengthening our Societies Sector (SoS) in Asia. • Participate in new product KPI underpinning strategy and ensure all KPI and cost roadmaps are aligned to execution capability in HVM. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with Engineering related majors
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven record in program or project management leadership position
• Experience with Semiconductor Packaging & PCBA (SMT) manufacturing and test processes.
• Familiar with Product Life Cycle and new product development processes
• Proven track record on people development & management; building, mentoring and inspiring a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to interact with a diverse group of individuals in a very fast and dynamic environments
• Ability to drive change and improvements within the team
• Result oriented leader
• Strong computer skills including MS Office products, MS Project and etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong in strategic planning and also Risk/Critical management skills
• Good problem solving and decision making, Pro-active & initiatives and strong sense of accountability
