Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the position will support employee engagement initiatives that enhance the Firm's culture and promote #bestplacetowork.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract talent. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portal, social media, networking and recruitment events) to source the right candidates especially experience hired.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the Firm's presence in the talent market through career fairs, social media and campus event.
• Onboarding Coordination: Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring that necessary documentation and orientations are completed.
• HRIS: Maintain the HRIS database by ensuring new hire information is accurately entered and leveraging the recruitment module to streamline and automate the recruitment process.
• Data & Reporting: Collaborate with respective group partners/hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements and provide regular reports to update on talent acquisition progress.
• Corporate Merchant: Build relationships with suppliers and vendors who offer corporate deals and support in organizing events related to corporate partnerships.

Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Exposure to other HR areas such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, or learning & development is an advantage,
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English

Human Resources Executive (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, ensuring a balanced approach between business objectives and employee engagement.
• Collaborate closely with business and site leadership to enhance team capabilities, boost morale, and maximize organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regional/global regulations, and local employment laws.

This position is also responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR systems, and overseeing work permit applications. ·         Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

·         Assist line managers to identify and hire candidates with the right set of competencies within acceptable time frame and work within the approved budget.

·         Manage the onboardings of all new employees including issuing offer letters, and contract of employment and the associate pre-employment checks (including references).

·         Manage vendors and internal processes for employee benefits (i.e. insurance renewal/addition, dependents registration, termination for resignees, staff movement updates, and claim submission for (GHS/GPA/GTL)

·         Manage employee records and updating HR Databased including: change of addresses; bank details; marital status and emergency contacts, new hires information, terminations, reporting lines.

·         Prepare letter for Transfer, Redesignation, change of reporting line, Confirmation, Resignation, Verification, Promotion, Salary increment/adjustments, Retirement, contract extension.

·         Engage in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

·         Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management/Business Administration

·         Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

·         At least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience as Human Resources Generalist
