To act as a role model and provide leadership in the clinical area. To demonstrate advanced clinical skills in order to provide the highest standard of individualised patient care whilst supervising the work of others. The post holder will play a key role in the nursing team to provide a quality family centred and supportive environment where parents/carers can learn to care for their babies. Key Responsibilities: Supporter care The post holder will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with Trust staff and external charity supporters utilising a variety of platforms. Acting as senior team support, you’ll need excellent analytical, operational and problem-solving skills to meet a range of daily challenges, including the year-round electoral registration, the conduct of elections and referenda and continuous service improvement.

The PPMC will support with day to day running of the property team, specifically the Property Project Managers as an administrative function and support with project tasks not limited to project administration, project and programme planning, invoice management, cost management, supplier management, design, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, control and governance.

The Role

As Front of House Team Member you will mainly work on the Reception desk providing a warm welcome and great service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Previous experience with Opera is an advantage as you will of course be helping our guests with Check-in and Check-Out, however more than that you will have the opportunity to really get to know your guests in order to better anticipate their needs and deliver a truly personalised experience. You will need to be proactive in solving guest queries and be able to do your best work while remaining cool and calm in busy times. Our Front of House Teams work a shift rota so you will need to be comfortable working five days out of seven, with some early shifts and some late shifts.
