The Human Resource/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Human Resources and General Administration functions within the company & will be reporting to the Senior HR/Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the recruitment of both local and foreign workers. • Responsible for the application of work permits for foreign workers and expatriate staff. • As liaison officer to government departments on all government matters such as Immigration, KDN, local council etc. • In charge of all IR matters, union management, and discipline management. • Overseas security guard’s section, canteen management & general housekeeping • Assist the Senior HR/Admin Manager on all matters relating to the HR and Administration department. • In charge of HR Admin department’s ISO matters. • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. • With >3-5 Years of experience in related fields as a Human Resources Admin Manager in manufacturing industries. • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, immigration regulations, Industrial Relations, and HR best practices. • Strong communication, interpersonal & leadership skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
