About the Role
We're seeking a distinguished Placement Coordinator for our Clinical Psychology program, who will be at the forefront of orchestrating and managing the placement activities for our postgraduate students. This role requires relevant clinical qualifications and industry knowledge to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of partnerships to support the facilitation of student placements in a timely manner.
As the Placement Coordinator in Clinical Psychology, you will provide clinical administrative support which includes:
The delivery of high-quality services to students, staff and industry partners.
Coordination of placement planning, including triaging patient cases, to allow students to successfully complete their Program requirements.
Ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.
The position of Placement Coordinator - Clinical Psychology requires relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in the provision of placements in a tertiary environment including ability to develop appropriate systems and processes and developed understandings of student learning needs, processes and Clinical Psychology placement requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and Accreditation standards as they relate to tertiary Clinical Psychology field education programs.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.
Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and well-developed communication skills.
Experience in the interpretation, development and implementation of policy and procedure.
Familiarity with the relevant professional requirements for the training of clinical psychologists.
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills including the ability to consult with relevant academic staff, external bodies, produce reports, and negotiate agreed directions, outcomes and targets within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and endorsement as a clinical psychologist.
Preferred: Relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.

About the Position
The Student Success Coach plays a pivotal role in guiding and empowering students to achieve their full potential within the courses offered by the College of Vocational Education. Working directly with students across a range of programs, this role will employ specialist learning strategies and develop appropriate learning activities to support students to meet course learning outcomes. The Student Success Coach will be required to work collaboratively in a team-teaching situation with vocational teachers when providing specialist support to students with Language, Literacy and Numeracy needs.
The role also includes provision of targeted student support, identification of at-risk students, identification of barriers to academic success and referral to additional support services.
The incumbent will use their strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to engage students and work effectively with vocational teachers, influencing classroom practice where appropriate. You will have a proven track record supplying Language, Literacy and Numeracy support in an education background with a strong understanding of the VE sector and a demonstrated understanding of specialist LLN teaching methodologies.

Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-teaching environment to address LLN-specific needs and provide academic student support.

The Lecturer, Indigenous Health is expected to contribute to teaching and research efforts of the School in the Health discipline (eg nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy or related areas). The Senior Learning Designer plays a crucial role in supporting the Subject Matter Experts within the Joint Logistics Command of the Australian Defence Force. They are responsible for designing and developing training and assessment content for a range of Defence training programs through the Defence LMS. About You
The STEM College Workforce Planning team supports activities related to all of the College’s human resourcing requirements. As a member of the team, the Workforce Planning Officer will support activities across the College such as academic workload allocation, recruitment and on-boarding, preparation of HR paperwork, engagement of visitors and external collaborators and ensuring that employees processes are followed in accordance with University and College policy and procedure.
The position will be responsible for collecting, processing and passing on information that underpins Human Resources, and supporting activities driven by the Workforce Planning Senior Coordinator to achieve the team’s overall goals. About The Position
The Librarian, Document Delivery role entails coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of Document Delivery functions, ensuring efficient and customer-focused services for RMIT users and other library services globally.
Key responsibilities include managing document delivery workflows, processing requests, coordinating digitization efforts, leading specific projects, providing training and support to staff and customers, supervising a small team, liaising with university members, gathering and analyzing data for reporting, and demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability.
The role encompasses a range of duties to uphold high-quality document delivery services and contribute to the overall success of the department and its stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the use of applications relating to document delivery, automated circulation systems and the Microsoft Office suite of software.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice.
Demonstrated experience supervising small teams.
Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team and with demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels across the University.
Understanding and knowledge of document delivery practices.
Proven ability to exercise initiative and independence in appropriate circumstances.
Ability to work with limited direction and adapt to changing work practices.
