• Coordinates the NDAA Chapter 16 Programs in support of Global Capability Development (GCD) Directorate, International Operations, DSCA.
• Subject matter expert (SME), representing the Agency at inter-agency meetings, briefings, conferences, working groups, and with representatives of foreign governments and non- governmental, and international organizations on the DoD Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs.
• Advises senior leadership on the administration and execution of numerous DoD and Department of State (DoS) funded, global train and equip (GT&E) activities

This position is located in the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). DSCA is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and supervising Department of Defense (DOD) programs for transfer of defense articles, services, and technology, by sale or grant to foreign governments and international organizations.

As the Deputy Director- DSCA, your duties will include:

• Acts for the Director in carrying out all responsibilities of for the Agency.
• Works with foreign government discussions and negotiations involving sensitive international security objectives and issues.
• Maintains executive level contacts with Department of State and other elements of the Executive Branch.

• Develops, implements, manages, and executes SC policies, processes, and procedures.
• Serve as the policy-execution link for Global Train and Equip (GT&E) programs throughout the programs life cycle.
• Acts as the Subject Matter Expert liaison within the inter- and intra- agency during the planning and execution process, ensuring that plans are matched to resources and capabilities.
