· Improve measurement and detection strategy and methods to continuously strengthen performance.

· Identify and resolve measurement and detection issues and related problems.

· Define and implement measures to enhance stability, yield, and reliability.

· Plan and implement sustainable corrective actions to address measurement deviations.

· Plan and evaluate through supplier demos and tool evaluation to add inline measurement and failure analysis detection capabilities.

· Prioritize resources internally and/or through external suppliers to close any gap.

· Work with other fab teams in establishing statistical process control for all processes.

· Generate and present reports to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

· Master/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields

· >10 years semiconductor wafer fab experience for inline metrology and failure analysis. Experiences in SiC, GaN, and InP a plus.

· Broad semiconductor device materials knowledge and extensive hands-on experience on inline measurement and detection techniques is a must.

· Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with the ability to make efficient contributions to and lead technical discussions.

· Proficient in teaching and knowledge sharing to junior staff members.

· Possess good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with ability to deliver clear and concise messages to both internal and external stakeholders.

· Working knowledge and prior hands-on experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies, statistical root cause analysis, and problem-solving methods, is desired.
