• Ensure that discipline design and installation comply with all applicable standards, legislation, contract requirements, and specifications.
• Adhere to the risk assessment and mitigation plan to manage technical risks effectively during pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Support the Project Team in reviewing and executing Track design and construction activities, including assessing construction risks, mitigation strategies, method statements, and work package plans.
• Conduct technical, quality, and compliance audits as required to confirm the project follows applicable standards and legislation, BBR processes, procedures, and industry best practices.

Who we're looking for

• Minimum HNC/HND in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) (desirable).
• Strong and proven experience in a similar role on railway infrastructure project.
• Strong knowledge of site engineering practices and equipment.
• PTS certification.
• Collaborative and influential leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, with ability to listen, provide clear and concise instruction during normal and emergency situations, is assertive and shares information effectively.
