The Deputy Director Data for Research is responsible for delivery of this programme working closely with the programme SRO and the Director of Research. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a GMPP programme managing a talented and driven team.

We are seeking an experienced senior leader who has extensive experience of delivering large complex programmes across departments withan in depth specialist knowledge of the NHS data for research ecosystem including the infrastructure, architecture and policy.

The ability to work effectively with key stakeholders including the life sciences industry, academia, NHS R&D community, voluntary and charitable sector organisations is key to successful delivery and the successful applicant will have a track record of building strong collaborations with partners and stakeholders. An in depth understanding of the issues inherent in the use of patient data for purposes other than direct care is essential as is the need to ensure patient and public involvement is at the heart of decision making.

Purpose of Role:

To lead Home Managers and Senior Home Manager/s in your Area to deliver the HC-One vision and mission of being the kindest care home provider and the number one care home in every locality and deliver the best health and care experience for Residents, the best working environment for colleagues and the best return for Investors.

Your role will involve:

- Leadership of a group of Home Managers and Senior Home Manager/s to deliver the highest quality of care and best return for investors
- Supporting and developing Home Managers to develop a high performing team that achieves excellent standards in every home.
- Working with support colleagues to facilitate delivery of your SLA with them and thereby ensuring the delivery of the targets in your Area.
- Developing HC-One’s reputation with commissioners and external professionals to ensure the homes in your Area are the number one choice in their communities.
