What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands through:
- Detect and analyse opportunities, targeting suitable organisations and target audiences to drive new business development that supports the overall company’s vision and sales strategy.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and determine possible solutions.
- Actively source for new leads either via cold calling or other means including networking and building relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with the regional BDs or Client Solutions Managers in developing a solution based on the gathered requirement/s from a prospective client.
- Provide information and insights in the documents for submission to ensure they are correct, competitive and offer attractive solution for the client and submission is completed before the deadline.
- Share best practices, feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any related field.
- Preferable with at least 10 years of working experience in cold calling and B2B sales management is required for this position.
- Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
