Cross Domain Technology Delivery Manager
Circa £80,000 to £85,000 plus great benefits, including up to 10% employer pension contributions, private healthcare, and a company car or car allowance (Work Level 4)

We're looking for a Cross Domain Technology Delivery Manager to join our Colleague Products and Business Platforms team in Manchester to help deliver complex technology change into our existing products and platforms or the brand new products and platforms used by our colleagues and customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to understand what's needed to deliver appropriate and effective technology solutions for our multiple Co-op business areas. This is a hybrid role, which could include working from the office as necessary, typically 4 days per month (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
What you'll do
- Be accountable for the delivery and integration of complex , cross domain technology product / platform solutions across Co-op
- Deliver Tech change across multiple business areas, while identifying, resolving, and mitigating any potential risks and issues with a particular focus on managing any inter solution dependencies
- Make sure all platform solutions are designed, delivered, and maintained in line with architectural design, information security, data, service, and engineering principles
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and share these with relevant product, platform teams
- Maintain a short and long term view of business outcomes aligned to our technology roadmaps
This role would suit people who have
- A good understanding of lean, agile, and other delivery methodologies
- Experience of either delivering technology solutions or as a Technical lead managing complex solution delivery or as a solution integration lead on a major tech transformation
- An understanding and awareness of different technology platforms enterprise organisations may use
- Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people, of all levels of seniority, inclusively
- Good coaching and mentoring skills, with experience supporting colleagues in their development
