JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to operate, check, monitor and carry out maintenance of boiler operation.
• Responsible for boiler system care and maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring that DOSH rules and regulations are complied.
• Responsible for controlling steam pressure and water level in the boiler drum.
• Responsible for ensuring the area around the boiler system is safe and clean.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the boiler and auxiliary systems.
• Responsible for fulfilling and performing tasks in accordance with ISO systems, EMS, RSPO, ISCC and company standard requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / SPMV / IKM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• Candidate with Boilerman 1st Grade and 2nd Grade certificate are encourage to apply.
• Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as Boilerman preferably in Palm Oil Mill.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant Manager for our oil palm company based overseas (Papua New Guinea). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our procurement and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Accounts to join our finance team at our oil palm company based overseas (Papua New Guinea). The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Job Description

• Responsible for the assigned financial and management accounting functions of the assigned entities. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly accounts, financial statements, reports, supporting schedules and all regulatory reports.
• Monitor daily cash flow position, fund transfer and short-term placements and utilise BA/RC of the Company’s cash flows in order to maximize return yields and minimize finance costs. Liaise with bankers/financiers on all treasury matters. Handling and verifying desktop fund transfers and ensuring that there are sufficient funds to meet the daily operational requirements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis on variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain and update accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external auditors during audits and tax matters including SST, corporate tax.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed.
• To liase with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary, Government Bodies on finance and admin related matters.
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements in accordance to the relevant accounting standards in a timely and accurate manner
• To oversee Account Payables (AP) and Account Receivables (AR) and other operational activities of Finance to provide AP and AR report/analysis as input for management decision makings
• To administer and ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control and Account Receivable (AR) monitoring
•  Ensure all supplier/customer claims are being process on a timely and accurate basis.
