The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative social media executive to work with a hugely successful company to take responsibility for the creative output across our hotel and F&B brands, social and digital channels. This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes:Video Producing/Editing,Photography along with some Graphic Design skills and Copywriting ability

The role would suit a social media native, who

* Understands current social trends and content creation to grow our social media channels and engagement

* You must have experience of managing and creating content for Instagram and Facebook and a working knowledge of other social platforms

* This role requires planning, creation and design editing skills and as part of the Digital Team and the wider Marketing team

* You will be responsible visual content creation of the brands

* Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as key stakeholders and applicable external agency

* You will manage the social media accounts,

* Helping to create, manage and deliver the strategy for each brand and channel

* You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise

* Be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable

* A can-do attitude with the proactivity to manage your own schedule is necessary, along with the creative capacity to manage different brands across different channels, each requiring different tones of voice and communicating with different audiences

* Within this role you will also support coordinating the focus of the digital platforms, it's visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content

* Along with organic social media channels, your content should, where feasible and appropriate, be usable across other channels such as email or paid ads

MMB are among one of seven partners that will support United Utilities to deliver £3bn worth of upgrades to critical infrastructure assets including water and wastewater treatment sites, pumping stations and reservoirs within the North West during the AMP8 period

• Manage and lead IT Technicians at allocated sites.
• Monitor all tickets assigned to allocated sites which are logged via the help-desk, to ensure timely and well communicated resolutions by the IT Technicians.
• Monitor and respond to all tickets which are escalated from IT technicians via the help-desk across allocated sites. Where needed escalate the tickets for further high-level support in collaboration with the IT Technical Manager(s) and/or the Head of IT Services.
• Be responsible for the installation and deployment of new infrastructure hardware (servers, storage, switches, etc).
• Be responsible for pro-active maintenance and fault resolution of critical Trust-wide infrastructure, using the Trusts IT monitoring software.
• Be responsible for the ownership and maintenance of the infrastructure at allocated sites (including, but not limited to): Server infrastructure (Hyper-V Failover Cluster) Storage infrastructure (Storage Arrays attached to Hyper-V Failover Cluster) Switching infrastructure (HP/Cisco core, distribution, and edge switches).
• Be responsible for the operation and regular testing of the backup infrastructure at allocated sites (ensuring working backups, routine restore testing in sandbox environment).

This Crisis Response Team and Hospital at Home Senior Discharge Coordinator, Health and Social Care Practitioner role will work in the community with Crisis Response Team (part of Manchester Community Response).

The Crisis Response Team and Hospital at Home Senior Discharge Coordinator, Health and Social Care Practitioner is responsible for junior members of staff, undertaking informal and formal support and supervision.

The Crisis Response Team and Hospital at Home Senior Discharge Coordinator, Health and Social Care Practitioner will be required to actively participate in new initiatives and further changes intended to improve service delivery.

We are developing a hospital at home, resourcing the team to enhance our established “Home First” approach supports patient’s personal
choices, strengths, and ensures inclusion in every stage of their care.

We are developing the service to adopt earlier intervention from our community response teams, which aims to reduce acquired hospital deconditioning, enabling a person to maintain as much of their independence as possible.

We are passionate about continually developing our services to provide gold standard care for older people.

This Crisis Response Team and Hospital at Home Senior Discharge Coordinator, Health and Social Care Practitioner role will work in the community based with Crisis Response Team (part of Manchester Community Response), assisting registered professionals (Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Pharmacists and Social Workers).

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the Crisis Response Team to deliver urgent health and social care to people in crisis and at risk of hospitalisation. They will also support the Hospital at Home service to reduce length of stay in hospital and provide care for patients within their own home.


The successful candidate will be responsible for junior members of staff, undertaking informal and formal support and supervision. The post holder
will be required to actively participate in new initiatives and further changes intended to improve service delivery.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• The ability to design, implement, administer, and support infrastructure technologies, solutions and services such as: AWS, Azure and OCI

As a Senior NetOps Engineer you will have the ongoing responsibility for the full range of products that make up Network Services.

The role will involve creating and developing our DevOps/ NetOps culture in the team as we transition to new ways of working.

Working in collaboration with a range of internal/external partners, stakeholders and customers you will ensure the operational stability, robustness, resilience, availability, and quality of DWP Networks.

You will actively manage the work backlog and develop reliability improvements as well as leading initiatives to develop the automation of low-value tasks balanced against project delivery demands.
