Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our telemarketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our vacation ownership programs, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with prospective customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
• Qualify and generate leads for preview team.
• Communicate the benefits and features of AVC's Vacation Ownership Programs.

You will be supporting the Executive and the other day-to-day operations with effective administrative and secretarial work. A brilliant multi-tasker, your tasks include but are not limited to organising appointments, taking meeting notes, making travel arrangements, and providing any other assistance required by the hotel’s leadership team. You will work and coordinate with other departments to ensure that they meet their targets and goals.

As an Executive Sous Chef you will be second in command and report directly to the Executive Chef. As such you must be intimately familiar with all the activities involved in kitchen operations and be prepared to step in and cover all eventualities if called upon. You will need to be able to prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes, including French, Italian, and fusion cooking. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members, which will involve preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules. Additionally you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

As Executive Chef you will be responsible for leading the overall kitchen operations of the hotel. You will train and manage kitchen team members, supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities, estimate food consumption and purchase of food, select and develop recipes. Further you would need to standardize production of dishes to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation, technique and quality standards, plan and price menus, ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen. You may be required to cook certain dishes for special occasions and will oversee special catering events. The Executive Chef is directly responsible for hiring, people development and performance reviews of the kitchen team and will report to the General Manager. Additionally the Executive Chef will be responsible for driving revenue and ensuring the profitable kitchen operations.

The role of an Assistant Executive Housekeeper is to support the Executive Housekeeper in all duties of the housekeeping operation. You will coordinate, schedule and supervise the housekeeping team, carry out inspections to ensure proper cleaning is being done, and manage the inventory of all cleaning supplies. You will provide on-the-job training, and facilitate communications with guests, within the housekeeping team and with other hotel departments.
