Working in the role of Waste Recyling Assistant, you will be based at Lount Recycling and Household Waste Recycling Centre based Ashby-de-la-Zouch in on a full time temporary contract assisting customers to dispose of waste materials whilst maximising site recycling rates.
Key duties will include:

• Assist and advise with the recycling and disposal of waste materials at all RHWS, offering to show or help customers rather than tell them the correct place to deposit their waste
• Ensure waste streams are not mixed, and are separated correctly
• Maintain and ensure clean loads of recyclates before sending to disposal point and that loads that leave the site are not contaminated
• Maintain RHWS services in accordance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems and follow health and safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements including the site operating and environmental licenses
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Check permits for vans and trailers, or for permitted waste
• Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and recycling rates

JOBBESCHREIBUNG

Für unsere Redaktion suchen wir in Vollzeit einen Junior-Redakteur/in (m/w/d) in Freiburg.

• Du lernst die Arbeit im Nachrichtenjournalismus kennen.

• Du recherchierst telefonisch und online Daten und Themen auf dem deutschen Immobilienmarkt und verfasst daraus Meldungen für unser Fachpublikum.

• Mit der Zeit übernimmst du Verantwortung für ein eigenes Themenressort.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Du hast ein Hochschulstudium abgeschlossen bzw. stehst kurz davor und möchtest deinen Berufsweg im Journalismus einschlagen.

• Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen bei Tageszeitungen oder anderen Nachrichtenmedien gesammelt.

• Für dich ist es spannend, Informationen auf den Grund zu gehen, relevante Geschichten aufzuspüren, Ereignisse einzuordnen und zu erklären.

• Du verstehst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, hast Freude am Netzwerken und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse oder bringst vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit.

• Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft wird bevorzugt, ist aber nicht erforderlich.
