After the training is complete, we will continue to support you to consolidate your learning. Following successful completion of the course, all of our practitioners have built in CPD per annum, additional regular CPD sessions, free access to the Bespoke CPD package where they can access upcoming and previous specialised CBT training from global leading academics and clinicians. You will be expected to work as part of an integrated mental health team which requires creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, and above all a passion for working with Children and Young People in educational settings.

You will work closely with other members of the team including Educational Psychologists to support schools to develop their whole school approach, which includes offering training to schools.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of Autism and/or Learning Disabilities, who understands the unique challenges for Autistic/LD children, young people, and their families, and who can advocate for them.

To succeed at this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate a good level of understanding/experience in offering cognitive behavioural informed assessment, formulation, and intervention.
• Demonstrate the ability to study as a self-motivated learner.
• Be open and aware of others.
• Have a great passion and enthusiasm for CBT-informed, evidence-based early interventions for mental health problems, especially for those with SEND.

Training and Qualification information

Our Trainee Mental Health Practitioner positions training starts in January 2025. This is split with 2.5 days a week for academic work (teaching and personal study), and 2.5 days based at the service seeing clients related to training assignments.

You will attend UCL (London's Global University) and work towards a UCL Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Practitioner.

Whilst on assignment you will work within a multidisciplinary team, being responsible for supporting development and embedding services in educational settings.

You will either need a minimum second-class bachelor's degree (or equivalent in a relevant subject), OR if you do not hold the academic criteria but you have relevant professional experience, we would love to hear from you.

Please note: you will be trained in how to adapt interventions, but you will need a good level of experience in offering CBT informed assessments and interventions as this is not taught.

You need to be ready to start with us in January as the course begins on 20 January 2024.

Our superb client in the Property Damage Restoration sector is seeking a number of Trainee Restoration Technicians owing to business growth. Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm covering the Midlands part of the UK UK. It is essential that you have a full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points on licence) and your own transport to be considered for the role.

As a Trainee Restoration Technician, you will be involved in the restoration of commercial and some residential properties following events such as fire or flooding. You will be responsible for stripping out properties of their fixtures and fittings following water / fire damage, setting up equipment to begin and complete the drying out process so that the property can be restored back to full use. You will upload project reports and updates to company claims management system. You will attend team meetings and will be required to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly during the week and when required in fully expensed accommodation with a meal allowance.

To be considered for the role of Trainee Restoration Technician , you will have previous experience in a similar damage restoration or construction labouring position where you have worked extensive with building materials, you will have manual dexterity, pc literate and a good level of general education. You will have excellent communication skills along with empathy and customer service skills. You must be able to work away from home on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice.

For the role of Trainee Restoration Technician, our client is offering a starting salary £25,000 with overtime over 40 hours, company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, 25 days paid annual leave, plus statutory holidays, pension, life assurance after probationary period, social events, career training and progression.

Our client is seeking a Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday starting on site at 8.00am with the chance to work paid overtime during busy periods throughout the year. As a Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for stripping out fixtures and fittings from residential properties following floods and fires, setting up drying equipment, heat pads etc, collecting equipment. In this role you will be fully trained to become a Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, will undergo on the job training, and will undertake relevant courses and certifications to compliment your job.

As Trainee Fire & Flood Restoration Technician, you will have come from some form of builder / labourer / construction type role where you have worked with building materials. Consideration will also be given to applicants with strong customer facing skills, installations of equipment, removals, or similar. It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and are happy to travel across the whole of the 'Nort West' postcode in London areas to customer properties to undertake your work.

In return you will receive a starting salary of £27,000 which will progress with length of service, + £2,000 allowance, accreditations, training etc. You will also have your own works van, 25 days paid holiday plus statutory holidays, pension, career development and much, much more.

About the role :
