As one of our Test Engineer Interns, you will have the chance to acquire one of the hottest skills in the industry. Additionally, you will collaborate with talented Test engineers, following high standard software development practices and CI/CD processes.

As an intern at KMS Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice a wide range of skills, including but not limited to:

• Working under the guidance of Test leaders or senior test engineers
• Assist in executing all testing activities to improve product quality
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases
• Research and adopt rapid testing techniques and tools to enhance test effectiveness across various quality criteria
• Reporting project status to clients and the team
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

チームのミッション / 業務内容

• メルカリPRチームは、社内の経営陣やプロダクト・マーケティング・事業開発などの各部門、さらには外部パートナーと連携し、広報戦略の策定から実行までを担っています。そんなメルカリPRチームで、プレスリリースや記者発表会等の施策をリードできる方を歓迎いたします。「メルカリ」は、個人が容易にモノの売買を楽しむためのツールであるだけでなく、循環型社会への貢献や会話のきっかけを提供するサービスとして、多角的な価値を有しています。このような「メルカリ」が提供する価値を社会にわかりやすく伝え、さまざまなステークホルダー（顧客、パートナー企業、関係省庁など）に対して広く共感と理解を促進し、良好な関係構築のための施策実施していただきます。

ユニークなチャレンジ

• メルカリにおけるPR業務は、世の中のトレンド・論調に合わせて最適な文脈・切り口を設計しながら、プレスリリースに限らず、記者会見/取材会等さまざまな手法を活用してアクションしていきます。社内のメンバーや社外のパートナーとコミュニケーションをしながら、ゼロベースでPRチームが企画立案した施策を進めることができます。
• また、PRチームはCorporate PR（企業のPR）とJapan Region PR（サービスのPR）で役割が分かれていますが、チーム間に垣根は一切ありません。常にSlack上でディスカッションし、ときには施策を連携して進めるなどナレッジも共有しあうオープンなカルチャーがあります。そのため、チーム間でさまざまなPR施策を議論・検討して進めることができます。
• PR戦略の立案部分からイベント企画、危機管理広報、メディアリレーションなど、各業務で担当が分かれている訳ではないので、施策の企画から実行まで、さまざまな経験を積むことができる環境です。

業務内容

具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりですが、インターン生のご経験に合わせてカスタマイズする予定です。世の中の最新トレンドや同年代の価値観を理解した視点を活かし、プレスリリース、記者発表会に対する新しい目線を持ち込んでいただきたいと考えております。

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Work closely on compiling data from all key stakeholders (business and operations team) for
• Weekly forecasting
• Performing variance analysis Actual Vs Budget
• Assist in preparing financial presentations

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Strong financial knowledge and technical fluency.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Is a speedster and fast thinker – able to solve problems on-the-go and adapt quickly.
• A team player, willing to multitask where additional help is required and communicate well with the team members.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and other useful financial software is a plus.
• Has/pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg: ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA, ICAEW)
• Fluency in English and at least another local language is a plus

The winning candidates will have the opportunity to become a Business Analyst who is responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to supervisor(s) and Engineering Manager if required
• Work with project team members and others if any
• Participate in all software development activities following Scrum process
• Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Engineering Manager:
  • Serve as a contact point between stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the development team understands the business requirements and that the evolving solution meets the defined requirements.
  • Support gather, analyze and create high-level requirements
  • Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up and GUI creation in agile environment
  • Help create and maintain product documentation
  • Turn research and knowledge into actionable plan to drive product development
  • Help prepare and maintain product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short - and long-term releases
  • Help document internal processes, and schedule meetings
  • Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis
