The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of up to 60 convenience stores in a designated region. This individual teams with Store Support, Operations, and multiple cross-functional departments to achieve the optimal functioning level for stores. The Service Manager ensures complete operability of every store location at all times. Up to 75% travel required. This individual is responsible for leading a team of 0-4 technicians and up to 2-3 service crew teams.

Responsibilities:

•    Manages the team of individuals responsible for the timely maintenance and repairs of our convenience store locations to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing profitability for the organization. 
•    Prioritizes and delegates work order requests to Service and Image Technicians; oversees each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service. 
•    Establishes and maintains key business relationships with a diverse network of vendors around the region. Directly handles all vendor-related functions, including invoice audit and approvals. 
•    Provides support to cross-functional departments in various projects related to convenience stores. 
•    Leads, trains, and guides direct reports and ensures the appropriate resources are available to perform their job.
•    Assesses current Facility Services processes and programs and recommends solutions to improve operability. 
•    Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines for facility services as necessary. 
 

Qualifications:

•    Ability to assume responsibility for 24 hours/7 day operation required
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred 
•    4+ experience in retail or related field preferred
•    Management experience preferred
•    General knowledge maintenance and repair procedures a plus

Job description

• Manage the overall store properly & lead team efficiency, Spend 85% of their working time on the sales floor engaging with consumers, selling, and coaching employees.
• Ensuring the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, Margin and Profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and legendary service.
• Directly responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.  Manage inventory within store within target, work with retail buyer for replenishment and transfer between stores to hit sale target.
• Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable. Also, responsible for processing employee transactions while adhering to the Associate Discount Policy & Procedure.
• Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company standards.

YOUR TALENT

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years experienced in retail industry with strong managerial skills.
• Able to work in shift as a monthly based schedule (6 days a week). / Willing to work a flexible schedule and upon assignment.
• Experience in using some well-known Point of Sales (POS)
• Strong in Leadership skill and able to adapt to various contexts and persons.
• Strong fashion / sport background in the international companies is preferred.
• Excellence command of both English and Thai.

Qualifications:

• Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management/Administration, or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics, strategic consulting, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, IT consulting, or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in leveraging advanced analytics techniques, methodologies, and tools within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading consulting engagements, analytics projects, and strategic initiatives that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and measurable results within the ESADS context or equivalent enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrable experience with one or many of the following: Demand Forecasting, Flexible Segmentation (Customer, Performance, Weather, etc.), Network Optimization, Predictive Maintenance/Service, Predictive Customer Churn, Price Optimization, Risk Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling, Customer Journey Analytics, Predictive Staffing Optimization, Staff Attrition/Retention Risk, Next Best Product/Offer, Customer Elasticity (Market Response Modeling), Assortment Optimization, Customer Loyalty Effectiveness/Optimization
• Beneficial Experience:
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD) or certifications in Data Science, Analytics, Business Consulting, or related fields, enhancing expertise in strategic analytics, advanced methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge within the retail or relevant sectors.
  • Consulting experience within the retail industry, including expertise in retail analytics, demand forecasting, segmentation (customers, products, stores, etc.), consumer behavior analysis, supply chain optimization, pricing strategies, promotional activities, or other relevant retail-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Managerial experience leading teams, projects, or initiatives within a consulting, corporate, or equivalent environment, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and execution capabilities aligned with ESADS objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced analytics techniques, large data sets (100M+ rows) methodologies, tools (e.g., Databricks, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and best practices relevant to the ESADS team's objectives, priorities, and business requirements.

Coordinates the program and maintains high-level relationships with Vendor Directors and Executives focused on the development of their Security technology. Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen, leadership skills, and effective communication and influencing abilities. Identifies opportunities to deliver appropriately focused market/brand solutions information, resulting in increased market share and significant value to TD SYNNEX. Supports top tier customers and pipeline management, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendor leaders, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new partnership opportunities with top clients.
• Proactively seek out and explore potential partnership opportunities, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
• Track and manage the vendor pipeline in LATAM, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving top opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Responsible for the execution of the strategic Vendor growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions.
• Strong business & financial acumen, leadership skills, communication/ influencing abilities.
• Coordinate with LATAM internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
• Performs analysis and reports results of various program impact for identified customer(s) notifying the AM of success, issues and future growth plan strategies in LATAM region.
• Knowledge of Security solutions and/or offerings for assigned customers and/or territory in LATAM.
• Colaborates in the creation of opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training and resource awareness to assigned customers that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
• Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market.
• Deep understanding of customer’s vendor go-to market strategy, markets served and positions TD SYNNEX to assist in growing business in adjacent vendor markets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential areas for growth.
• Assist in per development, training, & coaching; lead on complex issues
• Attend industry specific business trainings from vendors.
• May be a liaison between customer and vendor selling teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• >4 to 8 Years of relevant work experience as BDM, Account Manager, Vendor Manager, or Product Manager,
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commercial Business or similar.
• Sales experience & business relationship abilities with Vendors & clients.
• Leadership skills, proactive execution, share initiatives and request clarification when needed.
• Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above).
• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• English Fluent (Advanced).
• Commercial experience with Security technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco or similar).
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to create and conduct formal & executive presentations.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Purpose of Job:

Provide a well -stocked and organized warehouse and assist Route Sales Managers.
 

Job Components:

• Counter Sales. Direct and on the phone.
• Restock shelves
• Willing to learn all related job functions and help when required.

• Run the Hot Shots on a timely basis as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred

Work Environment:

Account Executive at Equinix is responsible for driving sales .The account executive will be expected to have knowledge of Data Center offerings and supporting Customers in creating new and disruptive business models by monetizing on data, creating new customer experiences, and improving operational efficiencies with the use of digital technologies.

We are looking for Senior Account Executive with previous experience in IT industry to join our Sales team to sell and expands Equinix solutions.

What you will be doing

Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closure.

Experience structuring complex deals (multimillion, multiyear).

Prepare timely and accurate sales activity, reporting, and forecasting.

Manage sales pipeline daily.

Handle all proposals and negotiations within Equinix’s pricing guidelines.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Equinix products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions.

Manage the development of Channels on the Territory and leverage the Partner Organization to attract and develop new channels (Hyperscalers, ISV’s, GSI’s, and Resellers).

Ensure maximum penetration on the Territory by always maintaining a 4x pipeline

Maintain key customer relationships.

Develop and implement strategies for expanding the Equinix customer base.

Balance short-term goals with long-term relationships.

Develop and leverage “C” level relationships with prospective Customers.

Follow Equinix Culture, and Corporate Principles while maintaining a good relationship with colleagues, clients, partners and suppliers.

Attend tradeshows or conferences as needed.

What we’ll expect from you

Advanced English required.

Bachelor's degree required.

Positive sales professional with high energy and “Hunter” sales approach with history of achieving sales objectives.

Previous experience as hunter and business development to large/VIP enterprise

What you will be doing:

• Lead and participate in sales activities and help control quality of business accepted. Work closely with wealth advisors, relationship managers, portfolio managers and other wealth management professionals in the cultivation of trust business opportunities (i.e. trust, custody, and escrow). Serves as the trust relationship manager for selected significant accounts. Maintain extensive contact with clients and prospects and their respective advisors.

• Works with both internal and external clients;

• Build and deepen relationships with centers of influence (i.e. accounting firms and law firms) in an effort to solidify referral sources.

• Develop and maintain effective links with all units of Bank and affiliated companies to ensure meaningful cross-selling and/or support of trust activities.

• Serves as the liaison between trust compliance and trust staff.

• Mentor junior trust officers and associates on significant account administrative matters and business development activities. Lead by example to ensure the quality of:

• Delivery of products and services

• Marketing and sales activities

• Demeanor and deportment of trust employees

• Participates and contributes to departmental activities designed to improve the account management process, such as TAC, NAAC and the training conducted by Trust managers. The Director of Special Situs will be a member of the Trust Administrative Committee and certain sub-committees as appropriate.

• Prepare and present training materials educating internal partners on the benefits of Delaware trust, as well as how to identify and refer opportunities.

• Conduct training via video conference and periodically in person.

• Continually enhances knowledge of trust, tax and related areas by participating in ongoing educational functions, including those offered by the trust team and those available from third parties. Participates in creating and developing fiduciary services.

Who you are:

• 10 years of trust administrative experiences is required.

• 4 year college degree with preference with a JD degree.

• CTFA-Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor is preferred.

• Through knowledge of Trust requirements including account transfer policies, practices, and procedures.

• Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of special situs trusts, the differences between Delaware and other special situs, as well as the requirements and process for decanting trusts to Delaware.

• Strong knowledge of estate and tax planning techniques and their appropriate application.

• Extensive understanding of trust accounting systems.

• Knowledge of securities, real estate, LLCs, limited partnerships and other entities.

• Must be thoroughly familiar with and adhere to all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.)

• Must have experience supervising trust personnel, including coaching development, counselling, team building and motivational/inspirational leadership experience

• Proven track record of business development success

• Exceptional communication skills

• Must be knowledgeable of all Bank policies and procedures; completing required training.

• Excellent analytical skills; reviewing various data sources including reports and manuals.

• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational ability.
