• Performs highly specialised 3D CAD modeling of equipment, structural, and piping system, interference detection, annotation, model review, and plan drawing extraction according to project 3D modelling procedure and by the use of PDS Intergraph or SP3D CAD software.
• Prepares steam trace piping drawings and pipe support drawings in 2D CAD format.
• Assists the Senior Piping Engineers or project Key Person in field survey work to develop conceptual routing, verify tie-in location, and other related activities.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned or designated to him/her by his/her superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing and 2D/3D CAD tasks. Ability to adapt with changes due to upgrading of computer software. Capable to utilize AutoCAD/Cad Pipe /Microstation 2D CAD; PDS Intergraph and SP3D softwares with minimal assistance.

We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Soon we would be expanding into other simple and valuable robots for the construction industry.

• Conducts in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered
• Marking of written work from enrichment programmes
• Maintains regular communication with parents on their children’s development
• Provides support in dismissal and any centre duties

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess at least a good GCE 'O' Levels, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• Candidates with a WSQ Student Care certification will have an advantage
• Cheerful, patient and passionate when dealing with children
• Some relevant experience such as student care/ tutoring, and certification in student care would be advantageous
• Keen to teach young children between the ages of 7-12
• Possess genuine care for children and desire to nurture them holistically
• Good communication skills in order to liaise with the parents and students

The Role: We're seeking an experienced events organiser with strong audio-visual production skills to plan and execute impactful brand activations and small-scale events. This role will bridge the gap between our creative concepts and real-world experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution • Develop and manage event concepts, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate all aspects of small-scale events and brand activations • Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot on-site issues
2. Audio-Visual Production • Oversee A/V setups for events, including sound, lighting, and video • Create and edit multimedia content for event use • Manage technical aspects of live-streaming and recording events
3. Vendor Management • Source and manage relationships with event vendors and suppliers • Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of services • Co-ordinate with internal teams and external partners
