This is a full time Permanent Vacancy working for one of Europe's leading manufacturers. The role is working as part of a team, however, you will be working on your own to ensure the products are in stock, and correctly manufactured to the specifications laid out. With over 80 SKU's, the product line is impressive, and some of their customers are amongst the world's leading retailers, so ensuring quality is at the heart of everything is key.
The role is an interesting role, for which you will be responsible for (but not limited to)
Checking Stock and keeping the minimum stock levels in line with demand forecasts and future orders in scheduled.
Configure manufactured items, and operating a handheld filling machine to the correct specification, and confidently and competently signing it off ready for despatch.
Liaise with other team members to ensure deliveries go out on time and to specification
Be confident to report on any issues and the steps you have taken to ensure the efficient operation of the process.
Using a computer and warehouse stock management (WMS) systems to ensure the minimum stock levels are maintained- and spotting the trends as the orders come in.
It will suit someone who likes to be organised, and are able to effectively manage multiple sources of information, and to confidently report any issues to your line manager.
Full training is provided, but those from a Warehouse or Manufacturing background with strong Computer Skills and Reporting Skills would be best suited for this vacancy. Similarly, if you have experience in managing stock, then this may be the right role for you.
The salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
