Responsibilities of the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Senior IT Digital Product/Program Manager to join our team to own Digital products that drive efficiency and effectiveness of how we plan and execute media on ecommerce, digital, TV. Senior IT Product Manager is accountable for the ultimate success of the IT product! They create business value and meaningful digital disruption via understanding unmet business and users’ needs, setting the product strategy and roadmap, and leading the product development process with multi-functional teams to drive break-through IT capabilities with quality and agility. In addition, the individual will own the following areas:
- Expansion:
- Create and execute toolkit to expand product seamlessly to new country-retailer combinations.
- Partner with key business resources to determine and define adoption scope and objectives of medium to large projects, predict resources needed to reach objectives, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule for medium to large projects or multiple project stages.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and the project board.
- Utilize industry and company best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Monitors progress adjusts as needed, and measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Operations:
- Drive flawless operations across more than 150 country-retailer-category combinations.
- Deliver Product Service Level and Support Experience
- 3rd party governance
- Govern 3rd party IT service providers for performance & compliance.
- Assists to manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

- Feature Upgrades:
- Adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.

Role Requirements
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts and translate it to business value.
- Experience in managing IT teams.
- Proficient in English
- 3+ Years of IT Product Management experience
- 3+ Years of experience in CPG Retail Execution
- Proven track records of business and user value creation via break-through IT capabilities
- Proven track records of leading multi-disciplinary IT development team to deliver IT capabilities in both in-house and outsourced setting.
- Proven mastery in Agile Software Development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework
- Are adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics.
