We are delighted to be partnering with a secondary school in Salford dedicated to supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students build their independence, confidence, and motivation.

Each child you work with will have unique experiences and needs; some may have a background of childhood trauma or challenging behaviours, and you'll adapt your approach to make a meaningful impact on each individual.

Requirements:
- Have prior experience in the UK working with challenging behaviours, whether in the classroom or within a care and support environment
- Demonstrate confidence and strong communication skills
- Work collaboratively with the learning support team to support each child's development

Safeguarding children and young people is at the core of our mission, and we conduct comprehensive checks on all candidates. All roles are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. If you aren't subscribed to the DBS Update Service, a new DBS application may be required as part of registration. We also provide free safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all registered candidates.
