This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who is hardworking and shares our passion for improving the life chances of our young people. This is a full time role to be carried out during term time plus additional two weeks.The person we are looking for:is an enthusiastic and effective leader and manager of young peopleis able to demonstrate strong care guidance and support for groups and individualsis a competent co-ordinator and motivatoris able to coach, mentor and deliver training can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and good organisational skills
