The Customer Service/Technical Support Agent will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently managing customer inquiries, bookings, and technical support related to EDExams. This role also involves invigilation, exam administration, and assisting in the creation and reporting of examinations. Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritise and process customer exam bookings and requests submitted via the online booking system.

The East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) is a 2-19 generic special school with 442 learners on roll. All our learners have special learning needs and some have physical/ medical difficulties. An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of permanent full time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at the East SILC. This post could be based at any of our sites across the SILC.
We require a skilled person who has experience of working with learners with a range of complex needs. The role will involve working under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and implement agreed work programmes with learners. We require experienced, enthusiastic people who are willing to learn, support teaching and learning and address the personal needs of our learners. You will need to be adaptable, a good communicator, cheerful, calm and be able to work as part of our team.
This is a permanent position subject to a 6-month probationary period, to start as soon as possible. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Teaching and Learning or an equivalent qualification.

Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in education, coaching, or mentoring (e.g., Level 3 certificate in coaching or similar).
Level 2 in Maths & English.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in coaching or teaching in adult learning settings is desirable, with a willingness to train in restorative practices.
