Our internship puts you at the forefront of Ecological Transformation, protecting the planet while supporting your local Westminster community. You'll do this by creating innovative and exciting content - from reels to professional photographs,

What you'll be doing;
- Conduct process mapping exercises by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand current processes, gather necessary data, and identify key points or gaps.
- Document and analyse current processes using process mapping tools and techniques like flowcharts, lucid charts, and value stream mapping.
- Identify process gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on identified opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather insights, knowledge, and feedback from various stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and other relevant supporting materials.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging process mapping methodologies to continually enhance process improvement capabilities within the organisation.
What we're looking for;
- An interest in sustainability and environmental issues.
- 5 GCSE's C/4 or above
- Must currently be strudying at university or recently graduate in the last year
