• Handle HR-related matters such as recruitment, leave approvals, and performance management.
• Oversee morale, welfare, and health of all operations staff, ensuring team well-being.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders and ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
