Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the central London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Development Management team helping to drive administration support efficiency's (training provided)

- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs / supplying data to Business Development Managers
- Conduct research to identify potential new areas of focus, including Companies House
- Assist the Business Development Managers in managing the sales life cycle from initial enquiry, to client pitches/meetings to collation of all relevant data to allow full upload at integration phase (accurate recording of customer data within systems)
- Respond to customer enquiries, promote the company's products/services
- Assist the Business Development managers with administering / preparing sales contracts
- Keeping accurate records of targets, pipeline, sales & revenue / updating reports for Management
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and local teams, keeping up to date on work progress
- Supporting Business Development Managers in promoting a culture of growth through efficient admin support
- Educating Stakeholders on process and best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness
- Fostering familiar relationships between clients and the local teams as required or directed by Business Development managers
- Following up on client leads, recording customer details internally and supplying to the relevant Business Development managers to follow up e.g. sales enquiry
- Raising the company profile by attending local expositions, local commerce meetings and seminars if needed
- Supporting Business Development Managers with production of sales documents e.g. RFI, Tender, presentations or proposal documents
- Supporting Business Development managers with budget creation for new business / generating reports and researching costings needed
- Being aware of market trends and competitors
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
Experience needed:
- Work experience within the residential property sector or similar environment would be a benefit
- Approachable and have the ability to build rapport both with internal stakeholders and external clients where needed
- Proven administration experience including use of MS applications e.g. basic excel, word, outlook etc...
- Well-developed interpersonal and confident communication skills
- Market knowledge / ability to research and gather data
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Good literate and numerical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience within a management support role or similar e.g. team administrator, PA or sales support
- BSc or BA in Administration, business or sales would be an advantage but not essential
