On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team.

This opportunity is part of an ambitious plan to build a fully autonomous Business Intelligence (BI) function dedicated to addressing the data and reporting needs for Insurance and Crisis management business units. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting business requirements into robust BI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and data teams, ensuring accurate reporting across various departments. Additionally, you will maintain the existing reporting infrastructure and develop analytics for future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support diagnostic and predictive efforts.
• Compute and track critical business metrics to measure performance over time.
• Assist in preparing data-driven reports, highlighting trends, patterns, and forecasts.
• Use analytical thinking to transform raw data into insightful reports and visuals.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, customizing them to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for data collection, organization, and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute complex queries.
• Experience in interpreting and designing database models, including platforms like Dataverse, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Extensive expertise in Power Query, Power BI, and DAX for data visualization and analysis.
• Familiarity with statistics and Excel-based statistical packages for data analysis.
• Basic technical knowledge of database design, data modeling, and related techniques.
• Ability to implement row-level security in Power BI, with a clear understanding of security layer models.

Required Experience:

• A degree in a technical field with a focus on statistical analysis.

The Country HR Manager will partner with the business strategically in order to achieve business objectives. The incumbent in this role will be an expert on people management and will be responsible for compliance of people related matters and projects in the country including office & sites (such as benefits, labor relations, recruitment, restructuring, performance management, retention, cost saving, etc) ensuring the implementation of the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines is in line with current employment law and country business strategy.

Job Descriptions:

• Design and deliver a HR Strategy aligned with the business strategy
• Collaborates closely with Country Manager and Regional HR Director to align on HR strategy, priorities and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years Country HR / HR Business Partner or equivalent experience ideally within a fast-paced global organization.
• Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts and expertise.
• Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes and practices of Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Global Mobility.
• Business planning and management skills.
• Strong business/ labor market understanding.
