Under the direction of the Community Services Flight Chief and Deputy Flight Chief, is the Flight focal point for Material Management (Motor Equipment and Facilities).

Serve as Flight level Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) processing and submitting all required documents and data to the Squadron VCO in a timely manner. Oversees vehicle training and licensing for Community Services personnel. Reviews vehicle utilization records for compliance with mileage equalization policies. Prepares and reviews written and oral reports and acts as necessary concerning such matters as vehicle utilization, turn-in, replacement, damage, loss, rotation between users, and accountability. Maintains records and files as they relate to vehicle maintenance and history. Utilizes and maintains Material Handling Equipment (MHE) equipment to include truck mounted snowplows, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, banding equipment, power and air tools. Maintains a government purchase card for the purpose of purchasing vehicle parts and supplies.

Serve as an alternate facility manager. Process work orders through the 773 CES. Evaluate, plan, and execute facility maintenance repairs. Determines and selects the most appropriate course of action to accomplish each phase of the work in the most productive and cost-effective manner. Ensure that required materials are on hand or obtained prior to initiating work. Work cohesively with the onsite facility providing guidance and technical knowledge when necessary to complete detailed tasks. Assists with property accountability and annual inventories. Coordinate the delivery of assets from vendors to the various Community Services facilities.

Ensures physical safeguards, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained within flight operations. Complies with environmental directives pertaining to handling hazardous materials and hazardous waste.

• Plans, organized, and oversees all unit level deployment activities. Assists senior Deployment Specialists in providing technical oversight/guidance on deployment planning and operations.
• Coordinates movement of personnel and equipment to deployment and training sites. Works with major tactical commands such as Central Command (CENTCOM), Pacific Command (PACOM), Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies to establish, monitor and report precise movement timelines, locations, quantities and destinations and transportation modes for personnel and equipment to be moved to the deployment Area of Responsibility (AOR) and training sites.

• Prepares and provides briefings to Command staff agencies relative to deployments and unit movement documentation, load plans and Time Phased Forced Deployment (TPFFD).

• Serves as the HQ PACAF SAP Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for all HQ PACAF SAPs.

• Manages and implements HQ PACAF SAP Information System Security Awareness Program.
• Conducts SAP Cybersecurity Policy Compliance Inspections for PACAF in Support of the PACAF Inspector General (IG).

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as a command headquarters level senior program analyst, applying Air Force military rated aviator experience, to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned major command program(s).

DUTIES:

1. Applying Air Force military rated aviator experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s).

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing schedules to support complex exercise and contingency mobility requirements.

• Serves as the AFOSI squadrons Financial Resource Advisor. Coordinates with the AFOSI Region Financial Manager with the status and availability of unit funds.

Under the direction of the Outdoor Adventure Director, participates in a large year-round Outdoor Adventure Program (OAP),
Trap and Skeet (T & S) Leads, teaches, organizes, advises on, assesses and administers outdoor recreation programs. Develops
and submits all marketing requirements. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OAP activities/programs, T & S.
Interprets regulations, develops local compliance procedures and addresses related problem situations. Ensures programs operate in compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and operating instructions. Plans, organized, teaches, participates and directs program activities such as, but not limited to, white water rafting, kayaking, fishing, clamming, ATVing, hiking and canoeing.

Establishes and maintains adequate inventory of supplies and equipment required to provide for uninterrupted operations. Ensures operations are adequately staffed and customer service is provided. Ensures cash handling and financial transactions are completed, reported as required, and purchasing and pricing guidelines are adhered to. Operates general and special purpose vehicles to include pickup trucks, Snowcats, A TV's, snow-machines and boats. Will be required to work an uncommon tour of duty including evenings, weekends and holidays; work often requires working outdoors in inclement weather. May be required to travel away from JBER.
