As a member of the senior clinical team, you will support the Head of Clinical Services to develop and deliver the governance agenda at Fulwood Hospital which includes performance review of quality issues, clinical audit, clinical risk management, education, training and continuing professional development, learning from complaints, and seeking and responding to user and patient views. You will be key to driving sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services. As an inspiring leader, you will have a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, and will be able to motivate, lead and guide ours at Fulwood Hall Hospital. Ensuring the clinical teams perform to the very best of their ability you will be key in bringing impressive results to the hospital. Where you'll be based Fulwood Hall Hospital in Preston is equipped to undertake a large range of procedures, treatments and investigations and it is part of the Ramsay Health Care group and provides clinical care to private, insured and NHS patients.
