GSC Lifecycle Analyst

As a GSC Lifecycle Analyst supporting the Global Supply Chain team, you will be supporting execution tasks for labeling lifecycle projects, such as launches, changes, and transfers, to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely supply. Align expectations of stakeholders from different functions such as master data, commercial, S&OP, and artwork to coordinate project tasks, follow up, and report on milestone completions.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Support lifecycle team with intake, triage, and bundling of Lifecycle Projects; coordinate and provide administrative support for Labeling Change Review Board meetings (presentation setups, collecting data)
- Initiate PLRs for approved Lifecycle (LC) projects as assigned to ensure compliant supply, on time and in the right quality.
- Coordinate lifecycle activities for a wide variety of stakeholders: Actively seek alignment with the experts from different functions (e.g. manufacturing operations, regulatory functions, affiliates and global commercial units, Master Data Governance, Global Graphics, and other Supply Chain functions) on expected timelines.
- Manage the complexity of projects: Able to deal with complex brand set-ups (e.g. multiple manufacturing sites, high number of SKUs for IOLs, etc.)
- Handle a certain number of projects: Able to deal with a significant number of projects assigned over different brands, incl. the capability to differentiate between different priorities to accomplish the goal.
- Working closely with Lifecycle Specialists and Manager, assist in the development and execution of complex cutover planning for LC projects regarding implementation dates with affiliates and manufacturing sites, according to the overall strategic project/ program plan.
- Escalate and coordinate deviations to the implementation project plan.
- Support rationalization processes for the lifecycle team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering-related area,
- 2 years in Supply Chain in any industry or in a GMP environment
- Exposure to project management
- Ability to work with general guidance, showing proactivity for implementation activities.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
