About the role

The Senior Research Manager (SRM) is the primary contact for the clients allocated to his / her portfolio. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, project team management, handling relevant client communications and general queries, and bringing in subject matter experts where appropriate.

What you will do

Client Services

• Responsible for overall client relationship for dedicated accounts allocated to him / her.
• Demonstrates in depth understanding of client’s product, service and strategy and their competitive market to build and grow Ipsos credibility and business with client.
• Works closely with the Research Director and Head of CX to ensure retention and growth across his / her accounts and overall CX.

Business Management

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge or Ipsos-Insights products and services, including competitive marketplace offerings, to identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Works with the Research Director and Head of CX to prepare proposals that deliver key thinking on business challenges.
• Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and billing is up to date.
• Supports the Research Director to develop skills and coach junior team members to provide expertise in CX solutions and methodologies.
• Contributes to the overall wider CX team collaboration and culture.

Execution and Delivery Management

• Responsible for the overall research design of their client projects. Including all elements from setup i.e. sample design, questionnaire design through to delivery of results.
• Oversee the supporting teams to ensure flawless execution of all market research projects from design to delivery
• Responsible for the analysis, insights and recommendations on research projects.
• Presents compelling insights through storytelling to client in a way that evokes confidence and expertise to deliver actionable insights for client business impact.

People Management

• Responsible for the management of direct reports.
• Develops, manages and mentors staff to build client understanding across all disciplines to work process vs. just project orientation, strategic insight and presentation skills.
• Work in partnership with the team and ensure that everyone understand what is expected of them in contributing to the goals of the organization.

Thought Leadership

• Contributes to company and CX strategic activation plans and thought leadership initiatives.

About the role

The Research Director will be responsible for the contribution to the overall growth of the CX service line in Singapore. Their primary purpose would be act as the account lead and advisor to a selection of clients allocated to them across various CX programmes with a focus on driving operational efficiencies, shaping the direction of the account and ensuring strategic insights deliver value to our clients.

• Execute the global Service Line CX strategy with the CX lead.

About the role

The Associate Director will be a key leader within the Corporate Reputation (CPR) and Public Affairs (PA) team at Ipsos Singapore. 1. Team & Project Management:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting company CFO and CEO on general financial and business analysis.

• Work closely with the business teams by providing quality financial information on projects, clients, gross margins, time cost, job profitability, client profitability, team forecasts, budget, etc.;
• Provide support in reviewing project costing, financial analysis in a major pitch and monitoring the general health of the business;
• Monitor for regular job review to ensure that gross margins are within forecast and job status is updated;
• Compile and review various periodic analytical reports (e.g. Financial Income Statement, AOT/AOGM tracking, Billability% report, Pipeline analysis, etc.), interpret and communicate financial data including variance analysis vs. budget and best estimates and commentaries for the Management; hold discussion meeting with divisional heads regularly so as to make them aware of their updated divisional performance.
• Provide value add services by working closely with all business unit leaders, research teams, operation team and the Management to help make financial decisions and actionable insight;
• Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget/forecasts;
• To provide analytical support on major projects, credit terms and contractual agreements;
