PRIMARY PURPOSE: (DUTY TITLE: CYBER EXERCISE PLANNER), Joint Exercise Planning Specialist, to oversees all facets of Cyber operations while serving as a Commander, Air Combat Command's (COMACC) Operations Officer, and Joint Staff Operations in all Headquarter Air Force level Air Component Training Exercises (ACTE) with geographic/functional combatant command (GCC/FCC), joint, coalition and/or allied headquarters exercises to train C-MAJCOM/C-NAF Headquarters in their Air Component readiness requirements.

DUTIES:

1. Plan, organizes, directs, and participates in a wide range of complex Cyber exercises involved in Geographic Combatant Command (GCC), joint, coalition and/or allied exercises.
2. Applies Cyber knowledge to analyze, develop, coordinate, and evaluate issues and recommends development of solutions to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in support of the Wing mission.
3. Represents 505 CTS current operations with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
4. Plans, directs, coordinates, reviews, and evaluates a variety of cyber activities on service level and DoD/JCS level exercises and events supporting Air Component training.

• Technical Advisor to the Division Chief, Readiness Division. Represents the Chief, Readiness Division, and associated Branch Chiefs when 0-6 level interaction is required across the ACC staff or with external organizations including National level Intelligence Agencies.
• Serves as senior technical authority on JSR Readiness issues. Makes authoritative recommendations and defends decisions on intelligence policy matters to the Director and ACC/A2 staff and is often required to make difficult decisions committing MAJCOM funds or resources impacting future capabilities.
• Perform intelligence and resource oversight activities. As a recognized technical expert for AF JSR operations, provide authoritative counsel and advice to the Director, Division Chief, and Branch Chiefs for all national and tactical JSR related operations and program issues.
• Directs and/or leads broad studies involving major manpower, training, unit support, command language and security programs and policies that affect all major command JSR missions.

-Responsible for planning and accomplishing complete laboratory projects or experiments for the departmental research and teaching laboratories.
-Conceive, recommend and implement new design approaches and devises alternative ways of accomplishing objectives.
-Maintain cognizance of the operating principles as well as the setup, alignment, maintenance and operational procedures for a wide range of scientific components and subsystems.
-Provide technical support, assistance, advice and instruction to faculty and maintains a safe working laboratory environment.

• Performs Broad Range of Multidisciplinary Professional Engineering Work to Enable Technically Adequate Test. Applies expert knowledge and mastery of advanced engineering theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods to advance operational testing.
• Technical Expert for Assigned Operational Test Programs, Identifies Test Capability Shortfalls, Proposes Solutions to Enable Current and Future Test.
• Performs Research and Analyses to Support Advocacy of Future Test Capability Infrastructure Solutions. Serves as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials responsible for broad program operations.
• Participates in Planning Conferences, Test Events, Prepares Reports, and Conducts Technical Presentations.

• Teaches students in graduate courses, including the associated duties of enforcing classroom standards, preparing course materials according to published course descriptions, and providing extra instruction outside of normal class hours for students who require it.
• Teaching includes all activities by a faculty member within the formal academic degree programs of the Institute. • Applies a knowledge of functions and operations to administer career field policy and procedures for career field programs supporting career field employees Air Force wide.
• Analyzes and evaluates the force structure to identify training and/or recruitment deficiencies and categorization of positions/employees to be included in the assigned career field program.
• Advises/counsels managers, supervisors, and employees on the continually changing needs of the functional career management program.
• Analyzes, develops, prepares and presents promotional material using an appropriate combination of correspondence, publications, personnel media, guides, pamphlets, meetings, telephone calls, information letters and briefings to publicize the program at all Air Force levels, registrants and the functional community taking into consideration such things as the funding, target audience, message to be transmitted, time constraints, etc.

- Assists the Senior GSSO in managing the 688 CW SAP program established for a specific class of classified information that imposes more stringent security safeguards and access requirements that exceed those normally required for SCI or Collateral information. Incumbent is the Deputy
Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) in the day-to-day SAP operations of the Wing. Coordinate with ACC/AP and 16 AF/AP offices on a daily basis.

- Assists in directing the SAP personnel security program to ensure secure accomplishment of 688 CW missions, lines of effort, goals and objectives through proactive application of security principles, policies, and practices.

- Provides 688 CW and subordinate organizations worldwide with authoritative guidance on aspects concerning physical security programs for the protection of classified national security information, SAP Compartmented Areas (SAP-CA), SAP-Facilities (SAP-F), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral information.

- Manages the Industrial Security Program. Provides effective guidance, training, and direction to subordinate assigned organizations/activities/units on industrial security program matters.

1. Performs multidisciplinary professional engineering assessment work involving the application of electronics, mechanical, aerospace, and/or other engineering disciplines to determine the business and technical needs of customers in the Mission Assurance, Anti-Terrorism and Integrated defense and Risk to Mission Arena.
2. Functions as the organization's technical specialist in conducting Mission Assurance Assessments, objectives and integration, and the estimation of time and resources for system design, development, and support for projects that are evaluated for Risk Mitigation.
3. Performs complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approaches to determine performance objectives and integration issues.
4. Serves as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials
responsible for broad program operations.

1. Administers the Air Force Unsatisfactory Report (UR) Center. As the senior technical expert, receives UR's, develops/maintains database, tracks failure modes, establishes trends analysis, coordinates action, approves/disapproves recommended changes and distributes results.
2. Performs duties as Technical Content Manager (TCM) for more than seventy (i.e., 11N series & special procedures, both classified and unclassified) technical publications pertaining to the gravity weapons or missile warheads and their associated support equipment.
3. Provide directorate representation and support to DTRA, Department of Energy (DOE), contractors, and SPM's during nuclear bomb or missile-warheadand related weapons system development, acquisition and modifications.

SUMMARY:The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Instructional Systems Specialist planning and developing programs for a complete course of instruction in complex occupational specialties or technical fields.

DUTIES:

1. Instructional Design. Plans, coordinates, designs and validates components of instructional design.
2. Instructional Development. Develops, reviews, and revises instructional materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
3. Develops plans which measure achievement of instructional objectives.
4. Accomplishes special projects relating to the instructional program.

• Supports the Flying Hour Program (FHP) allocation.
• Serves as action officer on matters pertaining to aircraft operations, scheduling, deployment, and usage.
• Reviews, updates, and coordinates on various documents related to aircraft planning and scheduling.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationship with organizations served. Wing focal point for all matters pertaining to Orientation Flight Program in accordance with (IAW) DAFMAN 11-401 and associated supplements.
• Maintains electronic archive of all required flying hour reports and prepares data for the electronic briefing presentation for the weekly 12OG/CC Scheduling Meeting.

Duty 1.Determine the best and most efficient ways to implement data engineering standards, requirements, and specifications on data and analytics projects in support of the 688 CW mission.

Duty 2.Examines data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of providing security and privacy insight.

Duty 3.Build reports and data visualizations, using data from data warehouses and other sources.

Duty 4. Provide support for wing assessments, AI/ML efforts, process improvements, collaborations with outside agencies, and support data driven decision making.
