It’s an exciting time to join the Workforce Support team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UKandI businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. We’re looking for a Workforce Support Team Member to deliver workplace support services to support our Bolton Office. At AXA we work smart, to support the needs of our business this role is office based meaning you’ll work 100% of your week, typically from the same office location in Bolton.
What you’ll be doing:

Management of incoming and outgoing post, referencing and indexing including use of ACS, MID, Visual Files, claims systems and the scanning of documents to the respective EDM scanning queues and monthly MI reporting.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel (Spreadsheets) essential, strong IT knowledge.
Management of stationery and consumables including monthly MI reporting.
Reception duties to include delivering a professional and excellent customer experience, meet and greet, signing in process in line with AXA security protocols (iPads etc), good listening skills and helpful nature to assist customers and colleagues.
