The Audit Director is a senior level management position responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of Citi’s Internal Audit (IA) function. The overall objective of the Audit Director is to direct audit activities that support a subset of a product line, function, or legal entity at the global or regional level, in accordance with IA standards, Citi policies, and local regulations.

This Audit Director role sits within the IA Banking and Client team, primarily focusing on audit assurance activities relating to corporate and investment banking, client coverage, research and marketing. This individual is expected to work in close collaboration with all IA teams to ensure adequate, timely and seamless audit coverage.  

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of auditors to provide timely and complete assurance over banking and client-related activities, and supporting other assurance work as needed.
• Deliver multiple audit engagements and ensure the delivery of audit reports are complete, insightful, timely, error free and concise.
• Contribute to the delivery of reports outlining IA’s contributions, and oversee audit’s coverage and reporting on common high-risk areas.

• Support and endorse the Quality Assurance (QA) function of IA, and resolve issues found by QA, improving audit processes and coverage.
• Ensure the adoption of Citigroup and Citibank Audit Committee Charters and the IA Charter, and engage in internal/external negotiations.
• Oversee various tasks to build the audit team, including recruiting staff, developing and training the team, and managing the budget.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in a related role.
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred.
• Advanced level experience in a related role with extensive experience in business, functional and people management, with proven abilities in taking responsibility for executing concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables.
• Specific subject matter expertise and strong business understanding of corporate and investment banking activities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and managing integrated internal audit and assurance delivery within a matrix reporting environment.
• A self-aware, self-confident individual who has well developed listening skills, and a strong ability to engage in broader group settings.

Reporting to the Head of Operations for Finance, the Financial Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing Finance’s financial governance and reporting. Role Summary:

The Head of the U.S. Personal Banking (USPB) Unsecured High Risk Segment Group is a new position that is part of Citigroup’s consumer bank risk executive team and reports directly to the In-Business USPB Credit and Franchise Risk Head. • Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement comprehensive champion and challenger strategies covering balance control (credit line decreases, line closure), early/mid/late stage collections, loss mitigation, and recovery.  Assess customer engagement patterns to take into account contact and digital strategies.
• Journey Mapping: Create customer journey maps tailored to this segment, driving seamless and effective processes end-to-end

The Digital Strategy Manager is a senior position responsible for managing the digital deposit products in order to drive the business performance of Citi’s offering for the Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments. • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• Define and launch new feature, and capabilities including defining the product, feature and client go-to-market strategy

• Support and guide profitable marketing strategies, lead conceptualization and implementation of key growth initiatives

• Maintain current market intelligence on the overall industry verticals and competitors

• Direct and oversee program life cycle including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field as well as develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace

Collaborative approach

• Work with partners across digital, marketing, segment, fraud, product and technology teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and ensure the needs of clients are met.

• Partner with business leaders across the organization to ensure digital roadmaps and collaborate on the future vision with a digital client perspective.

• Partner with sales, marketing, product and other groups on analytics for driving digital performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Digital, specialized analytics, or related discipline

• Experience with banking and investment products

• Working knowledge of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles

• In-depth knowledge of best practice, industry and competitor products/services

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated negotiation skill

• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

• Excellent communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization.

• Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner.

• Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines.
