When you join Design Group as a Project Controller, you are joining a team that will challenge you and position you for growth. In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

• Assist project managers, market sector managers, and regional staff members in managing project and portfolio costs, schedules, and changes
• Assist in the planning of work to be performed and the creation of work breakdown structures appropriate to the scope, contract, and client 
• Assist in the development of project budgets by coordinating estimates for professional services and completing associated EMS setup activities in conjunction with project accounting personnel
• Prepare project cost reports and analyze those reports for anomalies relative to budgets and scopes; make recommendations for remedial actions where appropriate
• Prepare project schedules including calculating resource loading where appropriate
• Facilitate periodic progress tracking with project discipline leads to accurately assess and report project progress; update cost performance indicators (CPI’s) and schedules accordingly
• Assist project managers in the identification of necessary changes relative to scope, schedule, and budget; develop and submit appropriate change documentation to clients for adjustments
• Prepare reports for assigned projects and portfolios
• Review project accounting invoices to ensure that proper billing rates and times invoiced; assist with accounts receivable
• Assist sector and regional managers in resource forecasting and planning
• Help refine existing systems to create a more robust project controls function and culture
• Update cost and schedules in the client systems software system
• Lead multifunctional project teams
• Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of five of years engineering and project experience
• Experience with PNW refinery clients and their systems (highly preferred)
• Strong computer software skills

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000-$115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Research, collect and analyze data on foreign space-related supply chain operations, to include potential targets, including organizations, vendors, people, space technology and space system programs of interest, and document and manage recovered supply chain data.  Apply expertise of Intelligence Community (IC) tools and databases to identify, extract, and analyze pertinent information and provide technical analysis to address intelligence gaps, and collaborate with IC professionals and execute informal and formal IC tasking mechanisms. Maintain responsibility for identifying critical nodes and vulnerabilities within military, civil, and commercial supply chain networks including identification of actors, groups, attack vectors, or bad operators within a critical infrastructure.  Condense and simplify complicated information derived from supply chain networks into threat and supply chain risk analyses; includes the fusing of all-source intelligence to include open-source information to leverage sensitive databases and draft target package products and recommendations. Produce high-quality reports and communications for dissemination of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ year of experience with all-source intelligence analysis, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes

-Experience with IC reporting, sources, dissemination mechanisms and tradecrafts

-Experience assessing all-source intelligence or SIGINT products to recommend/implement solutions for targeting projects

-Knowledge of national sensors and capabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures

-Knowledge of adversary space operations

-Knowledge of various SIGINT and all-source targeting databases and query tools

-Ability to work in complex and dynamically changing environments

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience nominating and prioritizing targets and characterizing targets of interest for vetting and validation

-Experience identifying vulnerabilities across a variety of nodes within a network

-Knowledge of Foreign space systems and space supply chain

-Knowledge of how a functional target system works and ability to analyze the interactions between components

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-Associate's degree

• 3+ years of experience building and managing program or project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM)

• Experience with scheduling tools, including Milestones Professional and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, or Primavera

• Diagnose and repair to specifications.

About Us:

Job Description:

Serves as the primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing

· Responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective raw material and finished goods inventory.

· Develops, communicates, and monitors the manufacturing/production schedules for the organization.

· Works with sales to determine weekly inbound forecast, integrates sales orders with master schedule and develops consumption models to improve accuracy.

· Effectively communicates all pertinent schedules and deadlines to production staff.

· Establishes appropriate inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and supplies and forecasts inventory requirements.

· Builds relationships with supply vendors & ensures accurate and timely delivery of inbound orders.

· Determines made-to-stock and made-to-order operations.

· Leads site logistics. May plan and schedule outgoing shipments from the manufacturing location.

· Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

· May lead projects, steps within a broader project, or have accountability for ongoing projects and objectives.

The Opportunity:

As a Master Project Scheduler on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the DoD. You'll provide subject matter expertise in developing integrated master schedules for programs up to the Acquisition Category I (ACAT I) level. You'll create and manage a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to enable accurate performance tracking productivity, manpower application, cost and funding forecasting. You'll develop and maintain an IMS that enables program managers to anticipate and effectively plan for staffing and logistics requirements. You'll also collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Pro, and regular interactions with program managers and IPT Teams.

Summary 

Reporting to the Director, US Supply Chain, this Supply Chain Compliance position is responsible for reviewing and approving Procurement/Subcontract documentation for compliance with regulations and policies. This role is critical in assisting the Procurement/Subcontract teammates with cost and price analysis for proposals and purchase orders. Provides guidance in developing, maintaining, researching, reviewing, preparing and presenting fair and reasonable justifications of supplier proposals to meet contract and customer requirements.  Assists and supports identifying and resolving and Procurement/Subcontract compliance deviations to regulatory requirements and company policies. Tracks trends in Procurement/Subcontracts compliance issues regarding purchase order creation and identifies areas for improvement recommending appropriate training requirements to management.

• Work closely with Trade Compliance and provide guidance and support to the Program(s) related to correct document markings (i.e. Export Controlled, Proprietary Information, ITAR, EAR, etc.)
• Able to work directly with Technical Team(s) to identify processes, requirements, Statement of Work improvements and propose changes, to include risk mitigation strategies with possible cost savings/avoidance
• Strong working knowledge with Federal Regulations (FAR, DFARs, etc.) and Public Law

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or other related field required, MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of Compliance/Cost Analysis experience in a technical/manufacturing environment, Aerospace & Defense Industry experience and knowledge highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Front Line Leadership experience in a Procurement organization, Compliance/Cost Analysis preferred

SUMMARY

This position requires a professional transport (truck) driver to drive an IMSA transporter (with trailer) to and from events and/or fly to and from events.  In addition to professional truck driving duties, this position is also responsible for set-up and teardown of equipment utilized throughout the event week/weekend as well as maintaining all equipment in a functional and professional appearing manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Drive transporter, often on an interstate basis, for all required events. Must be able to drive to events as prescribed while maintaining all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements necessary to operate a transporter (i.e., Commercial Driver’s License, testing, drive time regulations, etc.).

Truck and trailer loading and unloading; setting up and breaking down of awnings, tech equipment and any equipment as needed.

Truck and trailer scheduling and minor maintenance.

Work to support all weekend officials by maintaining equipment and supplies; staff any IMSA trailers as needed.

Responsible for equipment maintenance and care including cleaning, restocking and upkeep.

Prepare truck logs, complete timecards, and fuel reports after all trips.

After performing set-up duties at the race event, will also be asked to perform other tasks to help augment other staffing needs around other departments.

Required to operate forklifts and supporting equipment.

Periodically work at the IMSA transportation hub on off-event days.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Approximate travel required:  80% including weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

About the role:

As Sales Representative Ostomy Reorder, you will act as a direct point of contact, providing effective customer service and facilitating the placement of orders for existing customers. This is a 100% remote, work from home position!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Articulate the features/benefits of Ostomy and ancillary product lines and provide knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment.

• Track daily production and meet key performance indicators established by management including, but not limited to total calls, orders placed, ACW/Pause %, etc.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service to all Liberator customers.

• Effectively manage orders through detailed call scheduling and timely follow up.

• Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, and internal policies and procedure

About you:

To be successful in this role, you require:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

• 100% Remote

• Business hours 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, Includes one evening shift per week, 2 Saturdays per month

Education and experience required:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Minimum 1-year medical industry, sales, collections, call center/customer service experience or other relevent experience
