We're looking for a Change and Improvement Manager to join our Supply Chain team. We'll look to you to optimise our internal supply chain systems and support the wider Co-op to plan for external change programmes. You'll make sure that Supply Chain processes and the use of SAP is consistent across the Supply Chain team.

You'll work with our internal systems and teams to learn and understand SAP, looking at how we can improve the way we use technology across the business. Your new role
The Import Manager will have overall responsibility for the import, export and shipping activity on behalf of the business, and will advise on supply chain operations in both domestic and international markets. You will be the main point of contact for stakeholders including HMRC, suppliers, and freight forwarders. You'll manage the customs compliance framework process, and you'll conduct compliance audits and investigations.
