• 負責工廠的調度以及管理糾正性和預防性維護。
• 負責產品全生命週期的品質保證。
• 識別故障並實施糾正措施和後續行動。
• 監督進出產品的檢驗和測試，以確認品質符合規格和品質交付成果。
• 負責建立有效的生產流程，在實際製程研究的基礎上最大化製程能力並預防廢品。
• 對現有製造流程進行審核，以確保流程和設施的順利進行。

要求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有工程（化學）和/或其他相關領域的文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位。
• 該職位需要至少 2 年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 鼓勵應屆畢業生/入門級申請人申請。
• 能夠用普通話溝通將是一個顯著的優勢，因為這項工作需要能夠與中國外籍人士溝通。
