We are looking to recruit a Quality and Contract Officer whose role is to:
• Monitor service providers and contractual arrangements to address issues of performance and compliance
• Effectively support providers of adult social care services to improve practice and performance
• Proactively support providers to meet objectives improving the quality of services
• Ensuring positive outcomes for people and carers are achieved by supporting commissioned service providers to adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
About You:
.
- NVQ level 4 or experience
- Knowledge providing social care services
- Knowledge of the provision of high quality services which are appropriate and sensitive to the needs of all people using the service
- Understanding of risk management at an operational level
- Ability to make evidence based decisions and persuade motivate others to meet objectives
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and organise work , set standards and work to clear objectives.
- Analytical skills and ability to use data and balance risk to provide clear recommendations and evidence based decisions and solutions instead of the abiity to make evidence based decisions.
