You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the management of general paediatric and speciality patients while working in the general paediatric team for ward rounds and the out of hours middle grade rota. In addition, you will be given significant protected time to develop an area of clinical or non-clinical interest from areas such as High Dependency Care, Safeguarding, Quality Improvement or Speciality Paediatrics.
