Region Director, Data Center Operations, OCI - Be a part of our organization supporting hyperscale distributed infrastructure for the cloud. Oracle’s Data Center team is rapidly expanding with new regions and sites across APAC. We’re looking for an experienced leader, with strong people management experience, business acumen and a well-rounded IT technical abilities (at scale) to lead the teams responsible for building and supporting our cloud data centers in the Asia.

Major Duties Include:

• Serves as the primary medical media coordinator for the medical center and resource advisor to other VA components using mastery of principle, methods, practices and techniques of using, applying, and adapting video, computer graphics, medical illustration, print media, medical photography, digital photography, electronic imaging, exhibits and displays from highly technical to highly simplified to train or educate a very specific or diverse medical audience.
• Establishes, directs and amends policies and procedures for Medical Media to ensure Medical Media and its components are consistent with Federal, Agency and Medical Center policies.
• Directly supervises Medical Media staff, providing technical direction for accomplishing the work of each position.
• Provides administrative guidance and leadership to Medial Media and within the Office of Strategic Communication and Marketing..

The facility Privacy/FOIA Officer has oversight for the data governance program and initiatives in the VHA Medical Center or Healthcare System and its supporting catchment area. The position formulates policy, ensures compliance with federal and state laws and conducts thorough research of federal implementing regulations. Provides guidance while communicating complex information to the Executive leadership, facility staff and outside stakeholders.

Responsibilities include the safeguarding of Government information while supporting accountability and transparency initiatives. You will be someone with excellent communication, liaison and networking skills, who can work in partnership with your designate schools and across LAD services to gather intelligence, inform service development and share information effectively and inclusively.

Department of Geography: Assistant Manager / Manager (Geographic Information Systems)

The Department of Geography at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is inviting applications for an Assistant Manager / Manager in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to provide support to the GIS Unit and its GIS educational programmes.

The GIS Unit spearheads the research, training and applications of GIS in the Department and aims to extend beyond the academic realm to foster an Asia-focused GIS ecosystem with global reach. The Department is the leading centre in Singapore for GIS research and teaching, hosting comprehensive geospatial and other laboratory facilities. It currently runs four GIS educational programmes at undergraduate and graduate levels based upon a diverse range of courses; the MSc in Applied GIS at the graduate level and the GIS Minor at the undergraduate level, and the Graduate Certificate in Applied GIS and Professional Certificate in Applied GIS for Continuing Education and Training. Plans are also underway to complement the existing programmes with a Graduate Diploma in Applied GIS (thereby creating a fully-stackable MSc degree in Applied GIS) and an undergraduate cross-disciplinary degree in computational geosciences.

The position is for two years in the first instance with the possibility of extension subject to performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The person appointed will be expected to cover the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Administrative & admission coordinator for the GIS programmes
