What Manager, Client Exceptions contributes to Cardinal Health
This Manager of Client Exceptions role will support 3PL functional Operations with consistently and accurately managing client exceptions and CAPA's. This exceptions management role will drive and assist with development of client facing scorecards/dashboards.
Job Summary
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: Ability to perform investigations/root cause analysis and assist with development of corrective action. Ability to work cross functionally and can interpret requirements for exception and CAPA resolution. Ability to educate and influences others. Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity. Ability to drive implementation of Client scorecards and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Drive decisions that have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, clients and root cause analysis
- Interacts with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects.
- Ensure accuracy of exceptions/CAPA’s with in the Vault System
- Ensure that exceptions and CAPA’s are entered timely and accurately.
- Interact with senior management and Quality Assurance
- Capabilities to manage client exceptions, dashboard reporting and/or monthly Scorecards.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of dashboards/scorecards monthly.
- Monitor Exception and CAPA completion with various functional areas of the business.
- 5-10 years of experience highly preferred
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills preferred.
- Ability to be onsite a minimum of 1 or 2 days per week.

- Independently determines method for completion of new projects.
- Receives/provides guidance on overall project objectives.
Anticipated salary range: $102,000 - $145,700
